This website is operated by Dr. Shubhrabaran Das, an individual educator publishing investor-education content under the brand name Dr Shubh, based in Tripura, India ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means any visitor or registrant.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register for or attend the workshop.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. By registering, you confirm that the name, email address and mobile number you provide are accurate and belong to you.

• A live, online session (Live online (Zoom)) of approximately 90 minutes, conducted in English + Hindi.
• Scheduled for Friday, 7 August at 7:00 PM IST. The session is currently free of charge.
• Purely educational in nature. It explains a decision-making framework and general market concepts.

Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come basis. We may change the date, time, duration, platform, agenda or presenter, or cancel a session, and will notify registrants by email, SMS or WhatsApp where possible.

We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, and nothing on this website, in the workshop, in the WhatsApp group or in any related material constitutes investment advice, a research report, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.

• We do not provide stock tips, buy/sell calls, or portfolio management services.
• We do not accept money to manage, trade or invest on your behalf.
• We do not promise, guarantee or indicate any specific return or profit.
• Examples, historical data and case studies are for illustration only. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of principal. Read all scheme- and instrument-related documents carefully and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a qualified tax professional before making any financial decision. Any action you take based on the content is your sole responsibility.

When you register you consent to receive workshop-related and educational messages from us by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp, including on DND-registered numbers. You can opt out at any time by emailing unlockwithdrdas@gmail.com or leaving the WhatsApp group. Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Keep your joining link private; it is for your personal use only.
• Do not record, screenshot, reproduce, resell or publicly share the session or its material without our written permission.
• Do not use the session, chat or WhatsApp group to solicit business, promote tips, spam other participants, or share abusive, unlawful or misleading content.
• Do not impersonate us or our team. We never ask for your trading credentials, OTP, bank or card details.
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device; technical issues at your end are not our responsibility.

We may remove or block any participant who breaches these rules, without refund.

All content on this website and in the workshop — including the H.A.P.P.Y. Formula framework, slides, worksheets, recordings, text, graphics and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the material for your own learning. All other rights are reserved.

The advertised workshop is free. If we offer a paid programme in future, the applicable price, inclusions and duration will be shown before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party gateways such as Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or bank details. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access to a paid programme starts only after we receive successful payment confirmation from the gateway.

• Free workshop: no payment is collected, so no refund arises. You may cancel your registration at any time by emailing us or simply not attending.
• Cancelled or rescheduled by us: you will be offered a seat in the next available batch, or a full refund of any amount paid.
• Paid programmes: because content is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once the material has been accessed or the live session has begun. A written refund request made at least 48 hours before the start of a paid session, where no material has been accessed, will be refunded in full.
• Duplicate or failed payments: any amount debited more than once or debited without access being granted will be refunded in full.
• Process: email unlockwithdrdas@gmail.com with your name, registered mobile number and payment reference. We acknowledge within 3 working days and, if approved, initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 working days; your bank may take an additional 5–7 working days to credit it.

The workshop and this site rely on third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their availability, performance or policies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The website and workshop are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or that the content will suit your particular circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity arising from your use of the site or the content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific service concerned — which, for the free workshop, is nil.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Agartala, Tripura. We encourage you to contact us first at unlockwithdrdas@gmail.com so we can resolve the matter amicably.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is published on this page. Continuing to use the site or attend our sessions after a change means you accept the revised terms.
